"The Gate Place" was established in 1969 by George and Lilian Thierens to create and manufacture custom made gates and decorative ironwork. For more than 40 years our reputation for quality and craftsmanship has been consildated by constantly developing new ideas and being open to change. Along with son Richard (who is a fully qualified automation engineer and ironsmith) we are continually forging ahead and remain one of the leading gate companies in the Northwest.
